The award-winning Lake Orion Community School District has extended its Schools-of-Choice program for the 2017-18 school year.  Limited spaces are available at a number of elementaries and all three of our middle schools.  Each building's curriculum meets standards set by the State of Michigan. 

Applications will be available starting March 21, 2017, at this website, the district's Central Enrollment Office (Room 110, 455 E. Scripps Road, Lake Orion, MI, 48360) and all of the district's schools.

In addition, applications will be available at Parent Open House events on March 21, 2017:  Orion Oaks Elementary at 6:00 p.m. and Waldon Middle School at 7:00 p.m. (new families only). 

Completed applications must be hand-delivered to Lake Orion's Central Enrollment Office, Room 110, no later than 4 p.m. on May 9, 2017. If you have questions, contact Nancy Limback via email at nancy.limback@lok12.org or call 248-814-0215.

Please do not start the online enrollment process via InfoSnap until you have been notified that your student's Schools-of-Choice application has been approved.  Notifications will be sent out by May 17, 2017.  The enrollment period runs from May 18 - June 2, 2017.

Please note: the Lake Orion Community School District does not provide transportation to Schools-of-Choice students.  Those enrolled in the program are expected to arrive and depart from school on time.

Applications must be hand-delivered to the Central Enrollment Office, Room 110, Community Education Resource Center, by 4 p.m. on May 9, 2017.
